Background
Catalytic activity:NAD(+) + (ADP-D-ribosyl)(n)-acceptor = nicotinamide + (ADP-D-ribosyl)(n+1)-acceptor.,May regulate vesicle trafficking and modulate the subcellular distribution of SLC2A4/GLUT4-vesicles.
