CA_TestKit (SC300)

CA_TestKit combines our 3 Halo-tag™ subtrates SPY505-CA, SPY555-CA and SiR-CA, offering a wide flexibility for Halo-tag™ fusion proteins labeling in live and fixed cells. The ligands are all bright, highly fluorogenic, and cell permeable. The 3 fluorophores are covering 3 distinct and very common imaging channels: FITC, TMR/Cy3 and Cy5. Kit contains 3 separate tubes containing 3 nmol of each Halo-tag™ substrate (ca. 30 stainings/tube). Halo-tag™ is a registered trademark of Promega Corporation.
