PKmito DEEP RED (SC055)

PKmito DEEP RED (also known as PKMDR) is a unique fluorescent probe for live cell mitochondria imaging. Due to its very low phototoxicity, high photostability and high brightness, it is highly suited to image mitochonridal cristae structure by STED superresolution microscopy using a 775 nm depletion line. PKmito DEEP RED does not require any transfection and works just by adding the probe to the cells and imaging 30 minutes later. 1 vial of PKmito DEEP RED in lyophilised form allows preparation of 50 ul of 1000x DMSO stock solution (100 stainings).
