PKmito RED (SC052)

PKmito RED (also known as PKMR) is a unique fluorescent probe for live cell mitochondria imaging. Due to its very low phototoxicity, high photostability and high brightness it allows to perform long term imaging of mitochondria without damaging them. PKmito RED does not require any transfection and works just by adding the probe to the cells and imaging 30 minutes later. 1 vial of PKmito RED in lyophilised form allows preparation of 50 ul of 1000x DMSO stock solution (100 stainings).
