UBA2 Antibody / SUMO-activating enzyme subunit 2 / SAE2

Ubiquitin-like 1-activating enzyme E1B (UBLE1B) also known as SUMO-activating enzyme subunit 2 (SAE2) is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the UBA2 gene. Posttranslational modification of proteins by the addition of the small protein SUMO, or sumoylation, regulates protein structure and intracellular localization.
