Myeloperoxidase Antibody / MPO

Myeloperoxidase is a mammalian phagocyte hemoprotein though to primarily mediate host defense reactions. It is part of the host defense system of human polymorphonuclear leukocytes, responsible for microbicidal activity against a wide range of organisms.
