Recombinant Human DPYS Protein is produced by Baculovirus-Insect Cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Pro519) of human DPYS (Accession #Q14117) fused with two additional amino acids (Gly&Pro) at the N-terminus.
