Recombinant SARS-CoV-2(2019-nCoV) RNA-dependent RNA polymerase/RDRP Protein is produced by Baculovirus-Insect Cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ser1-Gln932) of SARS-COV-2(2019-nCoV) RNA-dependent RNA polymerase/RDRP (Accession #YP_009725307.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
