Delve into the intricacies of cell cycle regulation and DNA replication with our Anti-CDCA2 Antibody, now available in a 100µg size. CDCA2, or cell division cycle-associated 2, is a critical player in DNA replication licensing and is essential for proper cell cycle progression.
This monoclonal antibody offers high specificity and sensitivity, making it an invaluable tool for researchers investigating cell cycle checkpoints, DNA replication, and the molecular mechanisms governing cell proliferation. With 100µg of this antibody, you'll have an ample supply for multiple experiments, ensuring the continuity of your research.
Unravel the complexities of CDCA2 and its role in DNA replication initiation. Investigate its interactions with other licensing factors and its potential implications in cancer therapy, genomic stability, and developmental biology.

BACKGROUND
Regulator of chromosome structure during mitosis required for condensin-depleted chromosomes to retain their compact architecture through anaphase. Acts by mediating the recruitment of phopsphatase PP1-gamma subunit(PPP1CC) to chromatin at anaphase and into the following interphase. At anaphase onset, its association with chromatin targets a pool of PPP1CC to dephosphorylate substrates.
