Our Anti-DDAH2 (Dimethylarginine Dimethylaminohydrolase 2) Antibody, available in a 100µg size, is a valuable tool for researchers investigating the role of DDAH2 in nitric oxide regulation and cardiovascular health. DDAH2 is an enzyme responsible for metabolizing asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA), a molecule that inhibits nitric oxide synthase and affects vascular function.
Accurate detection of DDAH2 is essential for understanding its functions and its implications in nitric oxide-dependent pathways and vascular diseases. This antibody has undergone rigorous validation for specificity and sensitivity, ensuring reliable results in applications such as immunohistochemistry and enzyme activity assays.
With its 100µg size, this antibody provides ample material for multiple experiments, enabling you to explore DDAH2 expression and function in different tissues and disease models. Trust in the quality of our Anti-DDAH2 Antibody to advance your research and deepen your insights into the intricate mechanisms governing nitric oxide regulation and cardiovascular physiology.

BACKGROUND
This gene encodes a dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase. The encoded enzyme functions in nitric oxide generation by regulating the cellular concentrations of methylarginines, which in turn inhibit nitric oxide synthase activity. The protein may be localized to the mitochondria. Alternative splicing resulting in multiple transcript variants.
