BACKGROUND

Together with RAB11A, RAB3IP, RAB8A, PARD3, PRKCI, ANXA2, CDC42 and DNMBP promotes transcytosis of PODXL to the apical membrane initiation sites(AMIS), apical surface formation and lumenogenesis(By similarity).
