Step into the realm of coagulation research with our Anti-F7 Antibody, a critical tool for studying the blood clotting process. Factor VII (F7) is a key component of the coagulation cascade, and understanding its role is essential in deciphering the mechanisms of hemostasis and thrombosis. This high-quality antibody, available in a 100µg size, is your trusted partner in uncovering the secrets of blood coagulation.
The Anti-F7 Antibody has been meticulously developed and rigorously validated to ensure exceptional specificity and sensitivity. It empowers you to explore the multifaceted functions of F7, including its involvement in clot formation, coagulation disorders, and more, with confidence in the reliability of your results.
With 100µg at your disposal, this antibody minimizes the need for frequent reordering, allowing you to focus more on your research and less on supply management. Whether you're investigating hemophilia, studying the coagulation cascade, or other aspects of blood clotting, this antibody seamlessly adapts to diverse research applications.

BACKGROUND
Initiates the extrinsic pathway of blood coagulation. Serine protease that circulates in the blood in a zymogen form. Factor VII is converted to factor VIIa by factor Xa, factor XIIa, factor IXa, or thrombin by minor proteolysis. In the presence of tissue factor and calcium ions, factor VIIa then converts factor X to factor Xa by limited proteolysis. Factor VIIa will also convert factor IX to factor IXa in the presence of tissue factor and calcium.
