This gene encodes a member of the sirtuin family of proteins, homologs to the yeast Sir2 protein. Members of the sirtuin family are characterized by a sirtuin core domain and grouped into four classes. The functions of human sirtuins have not yet been determined; however, yeast sirtuin proteins are known to regulate epigenetic gene silencing and suppress recombination of rDNA. Studies suggest that the human sirtuins may function as intracellular regulatory proteins with mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase activity. The protein encoded by this gene is included in class I of the sirtuin family. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Introducing the SIRT1 Monoclonal Antibody, a highly specific and sensitive tool for the detection and quantification of SIRT1 protein expression. This antibody is produced using advanced monoclonal antibody technology, ensuring high purity and consistency in every batch.

SIRT1 is a member of the sirtuin family of proteins, which are involved in a wide range of cellular processes, including DNA repair, metabolism, and aging. The SIRT1 Monoclonal Antibody has been extensively validated for use in a variety of applications, including western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence.

With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, the SIRT1 Monoclonal Antibody is an essential tool for researchers studying the role of SIRT1 in cellular processes and disease. Its high-quality production and rigorous validation make it a reliable choice for accurate and reproducible results.
