The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the keratin family. The keratins are intermediate filament proteins responsible for the structural integrity of epithelial cells and are subdivided into cytokeratins and hair keratins. The type I cytokeratins consist of acidic proteins which are arranged in pairs of heterotypic keratin chains. Unlike its related family members, this smallest known acidic cytokeratin is not paired with a basic cytokeratin in epithelial cells. It is specifically expressed in the periderm, the transiently superficial layer that envelopes the developing epidermis. The type I cytokeratins are clustered in a region of chromosome 17q12-q21.

Introducing the CYTOKERATIN 19 Monoclonal Antibody, a highly specific and sensitive tool for the detection of cytokeratin 19 in various tissues and cell types. This antibody is produced using advanced monoclonal technology, ensuring consistent and reliable results in a variety of applications, including immunohistochemistry, western blotting, and flow cytometry.

The CYTOKERATIN 19 Monoclonal Antibody is designed to recognize and bind to the cytokeratin 19 protein, a member of the intermediate filament family of proteins that is expressed in a wide range of epithelial tissues. This antibody has been extensively validated for use in research and diagnostic applications, and has been shown to exhibit high sensitivity and specificity for cytokeratin 19.

With its exceptional performance characteristics, the CYTOKERATIN 19 Monoclonal Antibody is an essential tool for researchers and clinicians working in the fields of cancer biology, pathology, and diagnostics. Whether you are studying the role of cytokeratin 19 in tumor development and progression, or using it as a diagnostic marker for various types of cancer, this antibody is sure to provide accurate and reliable results.

In summary, the CYTOKERATIN 19 Monoclonal Antibody is a high-quality, specific, and sensitive tool for the detection of cytokeratin 19 in various tissues and cell types. Its advanced monoclonal technology ensures consistent and reliable results, making it an essential tool for researchers and clinicians alike.
