The Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome (WAS) family of proteins share similar domain structure, and are involved in transduction of signals from receptors on the cell surface to the actin cytoskeleton. The presence of a number of different motifs suggests that they are regulated by a number of different stimuli, and interact with multiple proteins. Recent studies have demonstrated that these proteins, directly or indirectly, associate with the small GTPase, Cdc42, known to regulate formation of actin filaments, and the cytoskeletal organizing complex, Arp2/3. Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome is a rare, inherited, X-linked, recessive disease characterized by immune dysregulation and microthrombocytopenia, and is caused by mutations in the WAS gene. The WAS gene product is a cytoplasmic protein, expressed exclusively in hematopoietic cells, which show signalling and cytoskeletal abnormalities in WAS patients.
Introducing the WASP(PHOSPHO TYR290) Polyclonal Antibody, a highly specific and reliable tool for the detection and analysis of WASP protein phosphorylated at tyrosine 290. This antibody has been extensively validated for use in a variety of applications, including Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence microscopy.
The WASP(PHOSPHO TYR290) Polyclonal Antibody is produced using state-of-the-art techniques and is of the highest quality, ensuring consistent and reproducible results. It has been rigorously tested for specificity and sensitivity, and has been shown to exhibit minimal cross-reactivity with other proteins.
This antibody is an essential tool for researchers studying the role of WASP in various cellular processes, including actin cytoskeleton organization, cell migration, and immune response. Its high specificity and sensitivity make it ideal for use in both basic research and clinical applications.
In summary, the WASP(PHOSPHO TYR290) Polyclonal Antibody is a reliable and specific tool for the detection and analysis of phosphorylated WASP protein. Its high quality and versatility make it an essential tool for researchers in a variety of fields.
