Von Hippel-Lindau syndrome (VHL) is a dominantly inherited familial cancer syndrome predisposing to a variety of malignant and benign tumors. A germline mutation of this gene is the basis of familial inheritance of VHL syndrome. The protein encoded by this gene is a component of the protein complex that includes elongin B, elongin C, and cullin-2, and possesses ubiquitin ligase E3 activity. This protein is involved in the ubiquitination and degradation of hypoxia-inducible-factor (HIF), which is a transcription factor that plays a central role in the regulation of gene expression by oxygen. RNA polymerase II subunit POLR2G/RPB7 is also reported to be a target of this protein. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been observed.

The VHL Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool designed for the detection and analysis of Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) protein expression. This antibody is produced using a polyclonal approach, ensuring a diverse range of antibodies that target different epitopes of the VHL protein.

The VHL Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional sensitivity and specificity, enabling accurate and precise identification of VHL protein in various biological samples. It has been extensively validated for use in immunohistochemistry (IHC), western blotting, and other protein detection techniques.

This antibody is manufactured using state-of-the-art techniques and undergoes rigorous quality control measures to ensure consistent and reproducible results. It is supplied as a liquid formulation, allowing for easy handling and convenient storage.

The VHL Polyclonal Antibody is suitable for research applications in the fields of cancer biology, molecular biology, and cell signaling. It provides researchers with a valuable tool to investigate the role of VHL protein in various cellular processes and disease mechanisms.

Choose the VHL Polyclonal Antibody for its exceptional performance, reliability, and versatility in detecting and analyzing VHL protein expression.
