This gene is a member of the zyxin family and encodes a protein with three LIM zinc-binding domains. This protein localizes to focal adhesion sites and along actin stress fibers. Recruitment of this protein to the plasma membrane occurs in a lysophosphatidic acid (LPA)-dependent manner and it regulates LPA-induced cell migration. Alternatively spliced variants which encode different protein isoforms have been described; however, not all variants have been fully characterized.

The TRIP6 polyclonal antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool for the detection and analysis of TRIP6 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody has been meticulously developed and rigorously validated to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in experimental settings.

The TRIP6 protein, also known as thyroid hormone receptor interactor 6, plays a crucial role in diverse cellular processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and signal transduction. By targeting TRIP6, this polyclonal antibody enables researchers to investigate the functional significance of this protein in a wide range of biological contexts.

The TRIP6 polyclonal antibody exhibits exceptional sensitivity and specificity, allowing for precise and robust detection of TRIP6 protein levels. It has been extensively tested in various experimental techniques, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence, ensuring its versatility and reliability across different applications.

Furthermore, this antibody has been produced using state-of-the-art techniques and high-quality materials, guaranteeing its superior performance and consistency. It is supplied in a convenient and user-friendly format, facilitating ease of use and minimizing experimental variability.

In summary, the TRIP6 polyclonal antibody is an indispensable tool for researchers seeking to explore the functional role of TRIP6 protein in biological systems. Its exceptional sensitivity, specificity, and reliability make it an ideal choice for a wide range of experimental applications.
