The protein encoded by this gene is a serine-threonine kinase and forms an activated complex with GTP-bound RAS-like (P21), CDC2 and RAC1. This protein may be necessary for dendritic development and for the rapid cytoskeletal reorganization in dendritic spines associated with synaptic plasticity. Defects in this gene are the cause of non-syndromic mental retardation X-linked type 30 (MRX30), also called X-linked mental retardation type 47 (MRX47). Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.

The PAK beta (Phospho Ser154) Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and quantification of PAK beta protein phosphorylated at Ser154. This antibody is produced using advanced polyclonal antibody technology, ensuring high affinity and specificity for the target protein.

PAK beta, a member of the p21-activated kinase (PAK) family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, migration, and cytoskeletal reorganization. Phosphorylation of PAK beta at Ser154 has been implicated in the regulation of its activity and downstream signaling pathways.

The PAK beta (Phospho Ser154) Polyclonal Antibody has been rigorously validated for its performance in various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. It exhibits excellent sensitivity and specificity, enabling accurate and reliable detection of phosphorylated PAK beta protein in complex biological samples.

This antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation, ready for immediate use. It is provided in a convenient size and quantity, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimizing waste. The PAK beta (Phospho Ser154) Polyclonal Antibody is suitable for both research and diagnostic purposes, facilitating the study of PAK beta signaling pathways and its potential implications in various diseases and disorders.

For optimal results, it is recommended to follow the provided protocols and guidelines for sample preparation, antibody dilution, and detection methods. The PAK beta (Phospho Ser154) Polyclonal Antibody offers researchers a reliable and efficient tool for investigating the phosphorylation status of PAK beta protein and its functional implications in cellular processes.
