mCherry is derived from proteins originally isolated from Cnidarians (jelly fish, sea anemones and corals), and is used as a fluorescent tracer in trasfection and transgenic experiments. The prototype for these fluorescent proteins is Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP), which is a ~27kDa protein isolated originally from the jellyfish Aequoria victoria. The mCherry protein is derived from DsRed, a red fluorescent protein related to GFP isolated from so-called disc corals of the genus Discosoma.

The MCM4(Phospho Ser54) Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and quantification of MCM4 protein phosphorylated at Ser54. This antibody is produced using advanced techniques and rigorous quality control measures to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

MCM4, a member of the minichromosome maintenance (MCM) protein family, plays a crucial role in DNA replication and cell cycle progression. Phosphorylation of MCM4 at Ser54 has been implicated in the regulation of DNA replication initiation and the maintenance of genomic stability.

The MCM4(Phospho Ser54) Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional specificity towards the phosphorylated form of MCM4, enabling accurate and precise detection in various biological samples. It has been extensively validated in multiple experimental settings, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence.

This antibody offers numerous advantages, including high sensitivity, low background noise, and excellent reproducibility. It is suitable for both qualitative and quantitative analysis, making it an invaluable tool for researchers studying DNA replication, cell cycle regulation, and related fields.

The MCM4(Phospho Ser54) Polyclonal Antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in a convenient size, ensuring ease of use and storage. It is compatible with a wide range of experimental techniques and can be used in various species, including human, mouse, and rat.

In summary, the MCM4(Phospho Ser54) Polyclonal Antibody is a reliable and efficient reagent that enables accurate detection and quantification of phosphorylated MCM4 protein. Its exceptional specificity and sensitivity make it an indispensable tool for researchers in the field of molecular biology and beyond.
