The protein encoded by this gene is an endothelial cell adhesion molecule that interacts preferentially with the leukocyte beta7 integrin LPAM-1 (alpha4beta7), L-selectin, and VLA-4 (alpha4beta1) on myeloid cells to direct leukocytes into mucosal and inflamed tissues. It is a member of the immunoglobulin family and is similar to ICAM1 and VCAM1. At least seven alternatively spliced transcripts encoding different protein isoforms have been found for this gene, but the full-length nature of some variants has not been determined.
The MADCA Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool for the detection and quantification of MADCA (Methylmalonic Acidemia with Homocystinuria) in various biological samples. This antibody has been meticulously developed and validated to ensure exceptional performance and accuracy in research and diagnostic applications.
The MADCA Polyclonal Antibody exhibits a high affinity towards MADCA, enabling precise and sensitive detection even at low concentrations. It has been rigorously tested against a wide range of sample types, including serum, plasma, and tissue lysates, ensuring its versatility and suitability for diverse experimental setups.
This antibody is produced using state-of-the-art techniques, guaranteeing batch-to-batch consistency and reproducibility. It has undergone stringent quality control measures to ensure optimal performance, including specificity testing against related compounds to eliminate cross-reactivity.
The MADCA Polyclonal Antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation, allowing for easy handling and convenient storage. It is provided in various sizes to accommodate different experimental needs. The antibody is ready-to-use, eliminating the need for time-consuming preparation steps and enabling immediate incorporation into assays.
