The protein encoded by this gene is phosphorylated by ZAP-70/Syk protein tyrosine kinases following activation of the T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) signal transduction pathway. This transmembrane protein localizes to lipid rafts and acts as a docking site for SH2 domain-containing proteins. Upon phosphorylation, this protein recruits multiple adaptor proteins and downstream signaling molecules into multimolecular signaling complexes located near the site of TCR engagement. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
The LAT(Phospho Tyr200) Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and analysis of LAT protein phosphorylated at tyrosine 200. This antibody is produced using advanced techniques and high-quality materials to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
LAT, also known as Linker for Activation of T cells, plays a crucial role in T cell receptor signaling and activation. Phosphorylation of LAT at tyrosine 200 is a key event in the initiation of downstream signaling cascades, leading to T cell activation and immune response.
The LAT(Phospho Tyr200) Polyclonal Antibody has been extensively validated for its specificity and sensitivity in various applications, including Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence. It exhibits minimal cross-reactivity with non-phosphorylated LAT and other related proteins, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
This antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in a convenient size, allowing for easy handling and storage. It is provided in a ready-to-use format, eliminating the need for time-consuming preparation steps. The antibody is compatible with a wide range of experimental conditions and can be used in various sample types, including cell lysates and tissue extracts.
With its exceptional performance and reliability, the LAT(Phospho Tyr200) Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for researchers studying T cell signaling and activation. Its high specificity and sensitivity make it an ideal choice for both basic research and clinical applications.
