Histones are basic nuclear proteins that are responsible for the nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. This structure consists of approximately 146 bp of DNA wrapped around a nucleosome, an octamer composed of pairs of each of the four core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4). The chromatin fiber is further compacted through the interaction of a linker histone, H1, with the DNA between the nucleosomes to form higher order chromatin structures. This gene is intronless and encodes a replication-dependent histone that is a member of the histone H3 family. Transcripts from this gene lack polyA tails; instead, they contain a palindromic termination element. This gene is found in the large histone gene cluster on chromosome 6p22-p21.3.

The Histone H3 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and analysis of histone H3 protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced using advanced recombinant DNA technology, ensuring high purity and batch-to-batch consistency.

Histone H3 is a crucial component of chromatin, playing a vital role in gene regulation and chromosomal stability. This polyclonal antibody recognizes the conserved epitopes of histone H3, enabling accurate and reliable detection of this protein across different species.

The Histone H3 Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional sensitivity, allowing for the detection of low abundance histone H3 protein in complex biological samples. It is suitable for various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence.

This antibody is validated for use in multiple species, including human, mouse, and rat, ensuring its versatility and applicability in diverse research settings. It has been extensively tested and validated to provide consistent and reproducible results.

With its high specificity, sensitivity, and reliability, the Histone H3 Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for researchers studying epigenetics, chromatin remodeling, and gene expression regulation. It offers a valuable resource for understanding the intricate mechanisms underlying various biological processes.
