This gene is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family and encodes a multi-pass membrane protein that localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum. The protein binds estrogen, resulting in intracellular calcium mobilization and synthesis of phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate in the nucleus. This protein therefore plays a role in the rapid nongenomic signaling events widely observed following stimulation of cells and tissues with estrogen. Alternate transcriptional splice variants which encode the same protein have been characterized.
The GPER Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and quantification of G protein-coupled estrogen receptor (GPER) in various biological samples. This antibody is produced using state-of-the-art techniques, ensuring high purity and quality.
The GPER Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional affinity and specificity towards GPER, making it an ideal choice for researchers and scientists involved in studying the role of GPER in various physiological and pathological processes. It has been extensively validated for use in immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and western blotting applications.
With its superior sensitivity, this antibody allows for the detection of even low levels of GPER expression, enabling accurate and reliable results. Its broad reactivity across multiple species, including human, mouse, and rat, further enhances its versatility and applicability in various research settings.
The GPER Polyclonal Antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation, ensuring ease of use and convenience. It is provided in a ready-to-use format, eliminating the need for time-consuming and complex preparation steps. The antibody is also available in different sizes to accommodate the specific requirements of different experiments.
In summary, the GPER Polyclonal Antibody is a highly reliable and efficient tool for the detection and quantification of GPER. Its exceptional sensitivity, specificity, and versatility make it an indispensable asset for researchers and scientists working in the field of GPER-related research.
