The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the immunophilin protein family, which play a role in immunoregulation and basic cellular processes involving protein folding and trafficking. This encoded protein is a cis-trans prolyl isomerase that binds the immunosuppressants FK506 and rapamycin, as well as histone deacetylases, the transcription factor YY1, casein kinase II, and nucleolin. It has a higher affinity for rapamycin than for FK506 and thus may be an important target molecule for immunosuppression by rapamycin.
The FKBP3 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool for the detection and analysis of FKBP3 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody has been extensively validated for its superior performance in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and western blotting (WB) applications.
FKBP3, also known as FK506-binding protein 25 (FKBP25), is a member of the FK506-binding protein (FKBP) family. It plays a crucial role in protein folding and trafficking, as well as in the regulation of cellular processes such as apoptosis and cell cycle progression. Dysregulation of FKBP3 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions.
The FKBP3 Polyclonal Antibody has been meticulously developed using high-quality immunogens and advanced immunization techniques. It exhibits exceptional specificity towards FKBP3, ensuring minimal cross-reactivity with other proteins. This antibody offers a high signal-to-noise ratio, enabling accurate and reliable detection of FKBP3 expression levels in complex biological samples.
In IHC applications, the FKBP3 Polyclonal Antibody demonstrates excellent staining performance, producing clear and distinct signals in both formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) and frozen tissue sections. It is compatible with a wide range of tissue types, including human, mouse, and rat, making it a versatile tool for various research applications.
Furthermore, the FKBP3 Polyclonal Antibody exhibits robust performance in IF assays, enabling the visualization and localization of FKBP3 within cells. It provides bright and specific staining patterns, facilitating the investigation of FKBP3's subcellular distribution and its potential interactions with other cellular components.
The FKBP3 Polyclonal Antibody is also highly suitable for WB applications, allowing for the detection and quantification of FKBP3 protein levels in cell lysates and tissue extracts. It exhibits strong and specific band signals, ensuring accurate and reproducible results.
In summary, the FKBP3 Polyclonal Antibody is a reliable and versatile tool for the detection and analysis of FKBP3 protein expression. Its exceptional specificity, sensitivity, and performance in IHC, IF, and WB applications make it an invaluable asset for researchers studying the role of FKBP3 in various biological processes and disease states.
