This gene encodes a member of the cytoplasmic polyadenylation element binding protein family. This highly conserved protein binds to a specific RNA sequence, called the cytoplasmic polyadenylation element, found in the 3' untranslated region of some mRNAs. The encoded protein functions in both the cytoplasm and the nucleus. It is involved in the regulation of mRNA translation, as well as processing of the 3' untranslated region, and may play a role in cell proliferation and tumorigenesis. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
The CPEB1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive antibody designed for the detection of CPEB1 protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of human CPEB1 protein. The resulting polyclonal antibody has been purified using protein A affinity chromatography and validated for its specificity and sensitivity through various assays.
The CPEB1 Polyclonal Antibody is suitable for use in various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. It has been shown to detect endogenous levels of CPEB1 protein in human, mouse, and rat tissues and cell lines. This antibody has also been validated for its ability to detect CPEB1 protein in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
The CPEB1 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for researchers studying the role of CPEB1 in various biological processes, including mRNA translation, synaptic plasticity, and memory formation. Its high specificity and sensitivity make it an ideal choice for detecting CPEB1 protein in complex biological samples. With its reliable performance and consistent results, the CPEB1 Polyclonal Antibody is a must-have for any researcher working in this field.
