This gene encodes a homodimeric transmembrane protein which is a major glycoprotein of the vascular endothelium. This protein is a component of the transforming growth factor beta receptor complex and it binds to the beta1 and beta3 peptides with high affinity. Mutations in this gene cause hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia, also known as Osler-Rendu-Weber syndrome 1, an autosomal dominant multisystemic vascular dysplasia. This gene may also be involved in preeclampsia and several types of cancer. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
The CD105 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive immunological tool designed for the detection and quantification of CD105 protein expression. This antibody is produced using advanced techniques and rigorous quality control measures to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
CD105, also known as endoglin, is a transmembrane glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in angiogenesis and vascular development. It is predominantly expressed on endothelial cells and is involved in regulating cell adhesion, migration, and proliferation. CD105 has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and inflammation.
The CD105 Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional affinity and selectivity towards CD105, enabling accurate and precise detection of this protein in various biological samples. It has been extensively validated for use in immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, western blotting, and flow cytometry applications.
This antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in a convenient size, allowing for easy handling and storage. It is provided in a ready-to-use format, eliminating the need for time-consuming and complex preparation steps. The CD105 Polyclonal Antibody is compatible with a wide range of experimental conditions and can be used in both research and clinical settings.
With its superior performance characteristics and reliable results, the CD105 Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for scientists and clinicians studying angiogenesis, vascular biology, and related fields. Its exceptional sensitivity and specificity make it an ideal choice for accurate and reproducible detection of CD105 protein expression, facilitating a deeper understanding of its biological functions and potential therapeutic applications.
