The protein encoded by this gene is an embryonic nuclear transcription factor that binds to a specific DNA element, the palindromic T-site. It binds through a region in its N-terminus, called the T-box, and effects transcription of genes required for mesoderm formation and differentiation. The protein is localized to notochord-derived cells. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
The BRAC Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool designed for the detection and analysis of BRAC protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody is produced through a rigorous process, ensuring its high affinity and sensitivity towards the target protein.
With its exceptional specificity, the BRAC Polyclonal Antibody enables accurate identification and quantification of BRAC protein levels in a wide range of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence.
