This gene is a proto-oncogene candidate. It is identified by its translocation into the immunoglobulin alpha-locus in some cases of B-cell leukemia. The protein encoded by this gene contains seven ankyrin repeats, which are most closely related to those found in I kappa B proteins. This protein functions as a transcriptional co-activator that activates through its association with NF-kappa B homodimers. The expression of this gene can be induced by NF-kappa B, which forms a part of the autoregulatory loop that controls the nuclear residence of p50 NF-kappa

The BCL3 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive antibody designed for the detection of BCL3 protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of human BCL3 protein. The resulting polyclonal antibody has been purified using protein A affinity chromatography and is suitable for use in a variety of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence.

The BCL3 protein is a transcriptional co-regulator that plays a critical role in the regulation of immune responses and cell proliferation. Aberrant expression of BCL3 has been implicated in the development of various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. Therefore, the BCL3 Polyclonal Antibody is an essential tool for researchers studying the role of BCL3 in disease pathogenesis and therapeutic development.

This antibody has been extensively validated for its specificity and sensitivity, ensuring accurate and reliable results. It is supplied in a convenient format, with a concentration of 1 mg/mL, and can be stored at -20°C for long-term use. Overall, the BCL3 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for researchers investigating the function and regulation of BCL3 protein in various biological systems.
