Vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP) is a member of the Ena-VASP protein family. Ena-VASP family members contain an EHV1 N-terminal domain that binds proteins containing E/DFPPPPXD/E motifs and targets Ena-VASP proteins to focal adhesions. In the mid-region of the protein| family members have a proline-rich domain that binds SH3 and WW domain-containing proteins. Their C-terminal EVH2 domain mediates tetramerization and binds both G and F actin. VASP is associated with filamentous actin formation and likely plays a widespread role in cell adhesion and motility. VASP may also be involved in the intracellular signaling pathways that regulate integrin-extracellular matrix interactions. VASP is regulated by the cyclic nucleotide-dependent kinases PKA and PKG.

The VASP(Phospho-Ser239) Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and quantification of VASP protein phosphorylated at Ser239. This antibody has been meticulously developed using advanced immunization techniques and rigorously validated to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

The VASP(Phospho-Ser239) Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional affinity and selectivity towards the phosphorylated form of VASP at Ser239, making it an ideal choice for researchers studying cellular signaling pathways involving VASP phosphorylation. Its high specificity ensures minimal cross-reactivity with non-phosphorylated VASP or other related proteins, enabling accurate and precise analysis of phosphorylation events.

This antibody is produced using high-quality rabbit polyclonal antibodies, which have been extensively purified and characterized to guarantee batch-to-batch consistency and reproducibility. Its superior sensitivity allows for the detection of even low levels of phosphorylated VASP, facilitating the investigation of subtle changes in protein phosphorylation dynamics.

The VASP(Phospho-Ser239) Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody is suitable for various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. Its versatility enables researchers to explore VASP phosphorylation in different experimental settings and biological samples, providing valuable insights into the regulation and function of this critical protein.

With its exceptional performance, reliability, and ease of use, the VASP(Phospho-Ser239) Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for scientists and researchers working in the fields of cell biology, molecular biology, and signal transduction. Its robustness and accuracy make it an essential component of any laboratory aiming to unravel the intricate mechanisms underlying VASP phosphorylation and its implications in various physiological and pathological processes.
