This gene is a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis (IAP) gene family| which encode negative regulatory proteins that prevent apoptotic cell death. IAP family members usually contain multiple baculovirus IAP repeat (BIR) domains| but this gene encodes proteins with only a single BIR domain. The encoded proteins also lack a C-terminus RING finger domain. Gene expression is high during fetal development and in most tumors| yet low in adult tissues. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been found for this gene.

The Survivin Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and analysis of survivin protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody is produced using advanced recombinant DNA technology, ensuring high purity and consistency in every batch.

Survivin is a key member of the inhibitor of apoptosis (IAP) family, playing a crucial role in regulating cell division and apoptosis. Its overexpression has been observed in a wide range of human cancers, making it an important target for cancer research and therapy.

The Survivin Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional affinity and selectivity towards survivin, enabling accurate and reliable detection in immunohistochemistry (IHC), western blotting, and other relevant applications. It has been extensively validated in multiple experimental settings, demonstrating excellent performance and reproducibility.

This antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation, ready for immediate use. It is provided in a convenient size, allowing for multiple experiments without compromising quality. The product is accompanied by a detailed datasheet, providing comprehensive information on recommended protocols, storage conditions, and handling instructions.

Choose the Survivin Polyclonal Antibody for your research needs and unlock new insights into the role of survivin in cancer biology.
