NF-kappa-B is a ubiquitous transcription factor involved in several biological processes. It is held in the cytoplasm in an inactive state by specific inhibitors. Upon degradation of the inhibitor| NF-kappa-B moves to the nucleus and activates transcription of specific genes. NF-kappa-B is composed of NFKB1 or NFKB2 bound to either REL| RELA| or RELB. The most abundant form of NF-kappa-B is NFKB1 complexed with the product of this gene| RELA. Four transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
The NFκB-p65(Phospho Ser536) Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and quantification of phosphorylated Ser536 residue on the NFκB-p65 protein. This antibody is produced using advanced polyclonal antibody technology, ensuring high affinity and specificity towards the target epitope.
The NFκB-p65 protein plays a crucial role in the regulation of various cellular processes, including inflammation, immune response, and cell survival. Phosphorylation of the Ser536 residue on NFκB-p65 has been implicated in the activation of NFκB signaling pathway, leading to the transcriptional regulation of numerous genes involved in these processes.
This polyclonal antibody has been rigorously validated for its performance in various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. It exhibits exceptional sensitivity and specificity, enabling accurate and reliable detection of phosphorylated Ser536 residue on NFκB-p65 protein in various sample types.
