NF-kappa-B is a ubiquitous transcription factor involved in several biological processes. It is held in the cytoplasm in an inactive state by specific inhibitors. Upon degradation of the inhibitor| NF-kappa-B moves to the nucleus and activates transcription of specific genes. NF-kappa-B is composed of NFKB1 or NFKB2 bound to either REL| RELA| or RELB. The most abundant form of NF-kappa-B is NFKB1 complexed with the product of this gene| RELA. Four transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
The NFκB-p65(Phospho Ser529) Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and quantification of NFκB-p65 protein phosphorylated at Ser529. This antibody is produced using advanced immunization techniques and exhibits exceptional affinity and selectivity towards the phosphorylated form of NFκB-p65.
The NFκB-p65 transcription factor plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including inflammation, immune response, and cell survival. Phosphorylation of NFκB-p65 at Ser529 has been implicated in the regulation of its transcriptional activity and nuclear translocation. Therefore, the ability to accurately measure the phosphorylation status of NFκB-p65 at Ser529 is of great importance in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying these processes.
The NFκB-p65(Phospho Ser529) Polyclonal Antibody offers outstanding performance in a wide range of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. It has been extensively validated for its specificity and sensitivity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results.
With its high-quality formulation and exceptional performance characteristics, the NFκB-p65(Phospho Ser529) Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for researchers studying NFκB signaling pathways and investigating the role of NFκB-p65 phosphorylation in various biological processes.
