This gene encodes a CXC chemokine receptor specific for stromal cell-derived factor-1. The protein has 7 transmembrane regions and is located on the cell surface. It acts with the CD4 protein to support HIV entry into cells and is also highly expressed in breast cancer cells. Mutations in this gene have been associated with WHIM (warts| hypogammaglobulinemia| infections| and myelokathexis) syndrome. Alternate transcriptional splice variants| encoding different isoforms| have been characterized.

The Fusin(Phospho Ser339) Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and quantification of Fusin protein phosphorylated at Ser339. This antibody is produced using advanced immunization techniques, ensuring high affinity and specificity towards the target protein.

The Fusin protein, also known as CXCR4, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including immune response, hematopoiesis, and development. Phosphorylation of Ser339 has been implicated in the regulation of Fusin activity and downstream signaling pathways. Therefore, the ability to accurately measure the phosphorylation status of Ser339 is of great importance in understanding the functional role of Fusin in different biological contexts.

The Fusin(Phospho Ser339) Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional performance in various applications, including Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence. It has been extensively validated for its specificity and sensitivity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results.

With its high-quality formulation and optimized protocols, this antibody offers researchers a valuable tool for investigating the phosphorylation dynamics of Fusin and its functional implications in diverse biological systems. Its superior performance and reliability make it an indispensable asset for studies focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying Fusin-mediated cellular processes.
