ATP6V1D (ATPase H+ transporting V1 subunit D) encodes a component of vacuolar ATPase (V-ATPase), a multisubunit enzyme that mediates acidification of eukaryotic intracellular organelles. V-ATPase dependent organelle acidification is necessary for such intracellular processes as protein sorting, zymogen activation, receptor-mediated endocytosis, and synaptic vesicle proton gradient generation. V-ATPase is composed of a cytosolic V1 domain and a transmembrane V0 domain. The V1 domain consists of three A and three B subunits, two G subunits plus the C, D, E, F, and H subunits. The V1 domain contains the ATP catalytic site. The V0 domain consists of five different subunits: a, c, c', c" and d. Additional isoforms of many of the V1 and V0 subunit proteins are encoded by multiple genes or alternatively spliced transcript variants. ATP6V1D encodes the V1 domain D subunit protein.

The V-ATPase D Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive antibody designed for the detection of V-ATPase D protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of human V-ATPase D protein. The antibody has been purified using protein A affinity chromatography and is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative.

The V-ATPase D Polyclonal Antibody has been extensively validated for its specificity and sensitivity in various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. It has been shown to specifically recognize V-ATPase D protein in various species, including human, mouse, and rat. The antibody has also been shown to detect endogenous V-ATPase D protein in various cell lines and tissues.

This antibody is an essential tool for researchers studying the function and regulation of V-ATPase D protein in various biological processes, including lysosomal acidification, bone resorption, and tumor metastasis. Its high specificity and sensitivity make it an ideal reagent for detecting V-ATPase D protein in complex biological samples.

In summary, the V-ATPase D Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive antibody that is essential for the detection of V-ATPase D protein in various biological samples. Its extensive validation and broad applicability make it an ideal reagent for researchers studying the function and regulation of V-ATPase D protein in various biological processes.
