Deubiquitinating enzyme that regulates the degradation of various proteins. Deubiquitinates and prevents proteasomal degradation of RNF123 which in turn stimulates CDKN1B ubiquitin-dependent degradation thereby playing a role in cell proliferation. Involved in decreased protein synthesis in atrophying skeletal muscle. Modulates transcription of major myofibrillar proteins. Also involved in turnover of endoplasmic-reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) substrates.
The USP19 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool designed for the detection and analysis of USP19 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody has been extensively validated for its exceptional performance in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and western blotting (WB) applications.
USP19, also known as Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 19, is a deubiquitinating enzyme that plays a crucial role in the regulation of various cellular processes, including protein degradation, DNA repair, and signal transduction. The aberrant expression or dysregulation of USP19 has been implicated in the pathogenesis of several diseases, making it an important target for research and therapeutic interventions.
The USP19 Polyclonal Antibody has been meticulously developed using high-quality immunogens and advanced immunization techniques to ensure superior specificity and sensitivity. It exhibits minimal cross-reactivity with other related proteins, thereby enabling accurate and reliable detection of USP19 in complex biological samples.
This antibody demonstrates exceptional performance in IHC, allowing for precise localization and visualization of USP19 protein expression in tissue sections. It also exhibits robust staining intensity and low background noise, facilitating accurate interpretation of the results. Furthermore, the USP19 Polyclonal Antibody is compatible with various detection systems and can be used in combination with different substrates for enhanced versatility.
In addition to IHC, the USP19 Polyclonal Antibody is highly suitable for IF applications, enabling the visualization of USP19 protein in cultured cells or tissue sections. It exhibits excellent signal-to-noise ratio and provides clear and distinct staining patterns, facilitating the analysis of subcellular localization and protein-protein interactions.
Moreover, the USP19 Polyclonal Antibody has been extensively validated for its performance in WB, allowing for the detection and quantification of USP19 protein levels in cell lysates or tissue extracts. It exhibits high sensitivity and specificity, enabling accurate determination of protein expression levels and molecular weight.
Overall, the USP19 Polyclonal Antibody is a reliable and versatile tool for researchers and scientists involved in the study of USP19 protein and its associated biological processes. Its exceptional performance in IHC, IF, and WB applications, combined with its high specificity and sensitivity, make it an invaluable asset in various research areas, including cancer biology, neurobiology, and immunology.
