UHRF1 encodes a member of a subfamily of RING-finger type E3 ubiquitin ligases. E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase UHRF1binds to specific DNA sequences, and recruits a histone deacetylase to regulate gene expression. Its expression peaks at late G1 phase and continues during G2 and M phases of the cell cycle. It plays a major role in the G1/S transition by regulating topoisomerase IIalpha and retinoblastoma gene expression, and functions in the p53-dependent DNA damage checkpoint. It is regarded as a hub protein for the integration of epigenetic information. This gene is up-regulated in various cancers, and it is therefore considered to be a therapeutic target. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. A related pseudogene exists on chromosome 12.

The UHRF1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool designed for the detection and analysis of UHRF1 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody is produced using advanced immunization techniques, ensuring high affinity and sensitivity towards UHRF1.

UHRF1, also known as Ubiquitin-like with PHD and RING Finger Domains 1, plays a crucial role in epigenetic regulation and DNA methylation maintenance. It is involved in the recruitment of DNA methyltransferases and histone modification enzymes, thereby influencing gene expression and chromatin structure. Dysregulation of UHRF1 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and developmental disorders.

The UHRF1 Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional specificity, enabling accurate detection of UHRF1 protein levels in diverse experimental settings. It has been extensively validated for use in Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications. This antibody demonstrates minimal cross-reactivity with other proteins, ensuring reliable and precise results.

With its superior performance and reliability, the UHRF1 Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for researchers studying epigenetic regulation, DNA methylation, and related biological processes. Its high sensitivity and specificity make it an ideal choice for investigating UHRF1 expression patterns in various tissues and cell types. Trust in the UHRF1 Polyclonal Antibody to provide accurate and reproducible results, facilitating advancements in the understanding of epigenetic mechanisms and their implications in disease pathology.
