UBASH3A (ubiquitin associated and SH3 domain containing A) encodes one of two family members belonging to the T-cell ubiquitin ligand (TULA) family. Both family members can negatively regulate T-cell signaling. This family member can facilitate growth factor withdrawal-induced apoptosis in T cells, which may occur via its interaction with AIF, an apoptosis-inducing factor. Alternative splicing of UBASH3A results in multiple transcript variants.

The TULA Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive immunological reagent designed for the detection and quantification of TULA protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of the TULA protein. The resulting polyclonal antibody exhibits high affinity and specificity towards TULA protein, making it an ideal tool for various applications in research and diagnostics.

The TULA Polyclonal Antibody is validated for use in Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence assays. It recognizes a single band of approximately 35 kDa in Western blot analysis of TULA-expressing cells and tissues. In addition, it exhibits strong staining of TULA protein in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections, making it a valuable tool for studying the expression and localization of TULA protein in various tissues and cell types.

This antibody is supplied as a purified IgG fraction, which has been affinity-purified from rabbit serum using protein A chromatography. It is provided in a liquid format, ready to use for various applications. The TULA Polyclonal Antibody is highly stable and can be stored at -20°C for long-term use.

In summary, the TULA Polyclonal Antibody is a reliable and sensitive tool for the detection and quantification of TULA protein in various biological samples. Its high specificity and sensitivity make it an ideal reagent for research and diagnostic applications.
