TLN1 encodes a cytoskeletal protein that is concentrated in areas of cell-substratum and cell-cell contacts. The talin 1 plays a significant role in the assembly of actin filaments and in spreading and migration of various cell types, including fibroblasts and osteoclasts. It codistributes with integrins in the cell surface membrane in order to assist in the attachment of adherent cells to extracellular matrices and of lymphocytes to other cells. The N-terminus of this protein contains elements for localization to cell-extracellular matrix junctions. The C-terminus contains binding sites for proteins such as beta-1-integrin, actin, and vinculin.
The Talin-1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool designed for the detection and analysis of Talin-1 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody is produced using advanced immunization techniques, ensuring high affinity and sensitivity towards Talin-1.
Talin-1 is a cytoskeletal protein that plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and migration. It is involved in the formation and maintenance of focal adhesions, which are essential for cell attachment to the extracellular matrix. Dysregulation of Talin-1 expression has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including cancer metastasis and cardiovascular diseases.
The Talin-1 Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional performance in a wide range of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. It recognizes both endogenous and recombinant Talin-1 protein, enabling accurate quantification and localization studies.
This antibody is produced using high-quality materials and undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure batch-to-batch consistency and reproducibility. It is supplied as a liquid formulation, ready for immediate use, and is compatible with various detection systems and experimental protocols.
With its exceptional specificity, sensitivity, and versatility, the Talin-1 Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for researchers and scientists studying cell adhesion, migration, and related processes. Its reliable performance and consistent results make it an ideal choice for both basic research and clinical applications.
