SRSF11 (serine and arginine rich splicing factor 11) encodes 54-kD nuclear protein that contains an arginine/serine-rich region similar to segments found in pre-mRNA splicing factors. Although the function of this protein is not yet known, structure and immunolocalization data suggest that it may play a role in pre-mRNA processing. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different proteins. In addition, a pseudogene of SRSF11 has been found on chromosome 12.
The SFRS11 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive antibody designed for the detection of SFRS11 protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of human SFRS11 protein. The resulting polyclonal antibody has been extensively validated for its specificity and sensitivity in various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence.
The SFRS11 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for researchers studying the role of SFRS11 in various cellular processes, including RNA splicing, gene expression, and cell differentiation. This antibody is suitable for use in both basic research and clinical applications, and its high specificity and sensitivity make it an ideal choice for detecting SFRS11 protein in complex biological samples.
In summary, the SFRS11 Polyclonal Antibody is a reliable and effective tool for the detection of SFRS11 protein in various biological samples. Its high specificity and sensitivity make it an ideal choice for researchers studying the role of SFRS11 in various cellular processes, and its versatility makes it suitable for use in both basic research and clinical applications.
