Stable cohesion between sister chromatids before anaphase and their timely separation during anaphase are critical for chromosome inheritance. In vertebrates, sister chromatid cohesion is released in 2 steps via distinct mechanisms. The first step involves phosphorylation of STAG1 (MIM 604358) or STAG2 (MIM 300826) in the cohesin complex. The second step involves cleavage of the cohesin subunit SCC1 (RAD21; MIM 606462) by ESPL1, or separase, which initiates the final separation of sister chromatids.
The Separase Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool designed for the detection and analysis of separase protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced using advanced immunization techniques, ensuring high affinity and sensitivity. With its exceptional performance, this antibody enables accurate and precise identification of separase protein in both research and clinical settings.
The Separase Polyclonal Antibody exhibits excellent specificity, as it recognizes only the target protein and does not cross-react with other related proteins. This feature guarantees reliable and reproducible results, minimizing the risk of false positives or false negatives. Moreover, this antibody has been extensively validated in multiple experimental conditions, ensuring its consistent performance across different applications.
This polyclonal antibody is suitable for various techniques, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. It is compatible with a wide range of sample types, such as cell lysates, tissue extracts, and purified protein samples. Its versatility allows for comprehensive analysis of separase protein expression and localization in different biological contexts.
The Separase Polyclonal Antibody is supplied in a convenient and ready-to-use format, eliminating the need for time-consuming preparation steps. It is provided in a liquid formulation, ensuring easy handling and minimizing the risk of sample loss. The antibody is also available in different sizes, allowing researchers to choose the most suitable option based on their experimental needs.
In summary, the Separase Polyclonal Antibody is a highly reliable and specific tool for the detection and analysis of separase protein. Its exceptional performance, versatility, and convenience make it an ideal choice for researchers and clinicians working in the field of cell biology and cancer research.
