RSU1 (Ras suppressor protein 1) encodes a protein that is involved in the Ras signal transduction pathway, growth inhibition, and nerve-growth factor induced differentiation processes, as determined in mouse and human cell line studies. In mouse, the encoded protein was initially isolated based on its ability to inhibit v-Ras transformation. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants for RSU1 have been reported; one of these variants was found only in glioma tumors.
The Rsu-1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive immunological reagent designed for the detection and quantification of Rsu-1 protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of human Rsu-1 protein. The resulting polyclonal antibody exhibits high affinity and specificity towards Rsu-1 protein, making it an ideal tool for various applications such as Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA.
The Rsu-1 Polyclonal Antibody is purified using a combination of protein A and peptide affinity chromatography, ensuring high purity and minimal cross-reactivity with other proteins. This antibody has been extensively validated for its specificity and sensitivity in various biological samples, including human, mouse, and rat tissues.
The Rsu-1 protein is a cytoplasmic protein that plays a critical role in cell adhesion, migration, and proliferation. Dysregulation of Rsu-1 expression has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, the Rsu-1 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for researchers studying the role of Rsu-1 in various biological processes and diseases.
In summary, the Rsu-1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive immunological reagent that is ideal for the detection and quantification of Rsu-1 protein in various biological samples. Its high purity, specificity, and sensitivity make it an essential tool for researchers studying the role of Rsu-1 in various biological processes and diseases.
