URI1 (URI1, prefoldin like chaperone) encodes member of the prefoldin family of molecular chaperones. The encoded protein functions as a scaffolding protein and plays roles in ubiquitination and transcription, in part though interactions with the RNA polymerase II subunit RPB5. URI1 may play a role in multiple malignancies including ovarian cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for URI1, and a pseudogene of this gene is located on the long arm of chromosome 22.
The RMP Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive immunological tool designed for the detection and quantification of RMP protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a specific region of the RMP protein.
The RMP Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional affinity and selectivity towards the target protein, ensuring accurate and reliable results in a wide range of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. Its high sensitivity allows for the detection of even low levels of RMP protein, making it an ideal choice for both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
This antibody is manufactured using state-of-the-art techniques and undergoes rigorous quality control measures to ensure batch-to-batch consistency and optimal performance. It is supplied as a liquid formulation, ready for immediate use, and is compatible with various assay conditions and protocols.
The RMP Polyclonal Antibody offers researchers and scientists a valuable tool for studying the role of RMP protein in various biological processes and diseases. Its reliable performance, high specificity, and sensitivity make it an indispensable asset in the field of molecular biology and biomedical research.
