PSCA encodes a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored cell membrane glycoprotein. In addition to being highly expressed in the prostate it is also expressed in the bladder, placenta, colon, kidney, and stomach. PSCA is up-regulated in a large proportion of prostate cancers and is also detected in cancers of the bladder and pancreas. PSCA includes a polymorphism that results in an upstream start codon in some individuals; this polymorphism is thought to be associated with a risk for certain gastric and bladder cancers. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

The PSCA Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive immunological tool designed for the detection and quantification of Prostate Stem Cell Antigen (PSCA) in various biological samples. This antibody is produced through a rigorous process of immunization and purification, ensuring its high affinity and specificity towards PSCA.

The PSCA Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional performance in a wide range of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry. Its superior sensitivity allows for the detection of even low levels of PSCA, making it an invaluable tool for researchers and clinicians alike.

This antibody is manufactured using state-of-the-art techniques and undergoes stringent quality control measures to ensure its reliability and reproducibility. It is supplied as a ready-to-use solution, eliminating the need for time-consuming and error-prone antibody preparation.

The PSCA Polyclonal Antibody is compatible with various sample types, including cell lysates, tissue sections, and biological fluids. Its versatility and robustness make it suitable for a wide range of research areas, such as cancer biology, stem cell research, and immunology.

With its exceptional performance, high specificity, and ease of use, the PSCA Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for scientists and clinicians seeking to unravel the complexities of PSCA and its role in various biological processes.
