The protein encoded by PIM1 (Pim-1 proto-oncogene, serine/threonine kinase) belongs to the Ser/Thr protein kinase family, and PIM subfamily. PIM1 is expressed primarily in B-lymphoid and myeloid cell lines, and is overexpressed in hematopoietic malignancies and in prostate cancer. It plays a role in signal transduction in blood cells, contributing to both cell proliferation and survival, and thus provides a selective advantage in tumorigenesis. Both the human and orthologous mouse genes have been reported to encode two isoforms (with preferential cellular localization) resulting from the use of alternative in-frame translation initiation codons, the upstream non-AUG (CUG) and downstream AUG codons.

The Pim-1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and analysis of the Pim-1 protein. This antibody is produced through a rigorous process, ensuring its high quality and reliability. It has been extensively validated for various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence.

The Pim-1 Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional specificity, binding exclusively to the Pim-1 protein without cross-reactivity to other related proteins. Its sensitivity allows for the detection of even low levels of Pim-1 expression, enabling accurate quantification and analysis.

This antibody is suitable for a wide range of research areas, including cancer biology, signal transduction, and drug discovery. Its versatility and robust performance make it an indispensable tool for scientists and researchers in their quest to unravel the intricate mechanisms underlying Pim-1 protein function.

With its superior quality and performance, the Pim-1 Polyclonal Antibody offers researchers a reliable and efficient means to investigate the role of Pim-1 in various biological processes. Its application in both basic and clinical research holds great promise for advancing our understanding of Pim-1-related diseases and developing targeted therapeutic strategies.

Choose the Pim-1 Polyclonal Antibody for its exceptional specificity, sensitivity, and versatility, and embark on a journey of scientific discovery with confidence and precision.
