PARP4 encodes poly(ADP-ribosyl)transferase-like 1 protein, which is capable of catalyzing a poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation reaction. Poly [ADP-ribose] polymerase 4 has a catalytic domain which is homologous to that of poly (ADP-ribosyl) transferase, but lacks an N-terminal DNA binding domain which activates the C-terminal catalytic domain of poly (ADP-ribosyl) transferase. Since this protein is not capable of binding DNA directly, its transferase activity may be activated by other factors such as protein-protein interaction mediated by the extensive carboxyl terminus. The PARP-4 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and analysis of PARP-4 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody is produced through a rigorous process, ensuring its high quality and reliability.

PARP-4, also known as Poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 4, is a crucial enzyme involved in DNA repair and maintenance of genomic stability. It plays a significant role in cellular processes such as DNA damage response, chromatin remodeling, and transcriptional regulation. The PARP-4 Polyclonal Antibody recognizes the epitopes of PARP-4 with exceptional affinity, enabling precise and accurate detection of its expression levels.

This antibody is suitable for a wide range of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. It exhibits excellent specificity, exhibiting minimal cross-reactivity with other PARP family members or unrelated proteins. Its high sensitivity allows for the detection of even low levels of PARP-4 expression, making it an ideal tool for both qualitative and quantitative analysis.

The PARP-4 Polyclonal Antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation, ensuring ease of use and convenience. It is provided in a ready-to-use format, eliminating the need for time-consuming preparation steps. The antibody is compatible with various sample types, including cell lysates, tissue extracts, and purified proteins.

With its exceptional performance and reliability, the PARP-4 Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for researchers and scientists studying DNA repair mechanisms, genomic stability, and related fields. Its accurate and precise detection capabilities make it an invaluable asset in elucidating the role of PARP-4 in various biological processes.
