PABPC5 encodes poly(A) binding protein cytoplasmic 5 that binds to the polyA tail found at the 3' end of most eukaryotic mRNAs. It is thought to play a role in the regulation of mRNA metabolic processes in the cytoplasm. PABPC5 is located in a gene-poor region within the X-specific 13d-sY43 subinterval of the chromosome Xq21. /Yp11. homology block. It is located close to translocation breakpoints associated with premature ovarian failure, and is therefore a potential candidate gene for this disorder.

The PABP5 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly reliable and efficient tool designed for the detection and analysis of PABP5 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody is produced using advanced techniques, ensuring exceptional specificity and sensitivity.

With its polyclonal nature, this antibody exhibits a broad reactivity, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. It has been extensively validated and proven to deliver consistent and reproducible results.

The PABP5 Polyclonal Antibody offers exceptional performance in terms of signal intensity and low background noise, enabling accurate and precise quantification of PABP5 protein levels. Its high affinity ensures reliable detection even at low concentrations, making it an ideal choice for both qualitative and quantitative analyses.
