NFE2L3 encodes a member of the cap ‘n' collar basic-region leucine zipper family of transcription factors. Nuclear factor, erythroid 2 like 3 heterodimerizes with small musculoaponeurotic fibrosarcoma factors to bind antioxidant response elements in target genes. Nuclear factor, erythroid 2 like 3 is a membrane bound glycoprotein that is targeted to the endoplasmic reticulum and the nuclear envelope. Pseudogenes of NFE2L3 are found on chromosomes 16, 17, and 18.
The Nrf2 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive antibody designed for the detection of Nrf2 protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal region of human Nrf2 protein. The antibody has been purified using protein A affinity chromatography and is supplied as a liquid formulation in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative.
The Nrf2 Polyclonal Antibody has been extensively validated for use in various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. It has been shown to specifically recognize Nrf2 protein in various human and animal tissues, including liver, lung, kidney, and brain. The antibody has also been shown to be highly sensitive, with a detection limit of 0.1 ng of Nrf2 protein.
This antibody is an essential tool for researchers studying the role of Nrf2 in various biological processes, including oxidative stress, inflammation, and cancer. It can be used to investigate the expression and localization of Nrf2 protein in different tissues and cell types, as well as to monitor changes in Nrf2 protein levels in response to various stimuli.
In summary, the Nrf2 Polyclonal Antibody is a high-quality, reliable, and specific antibody that is ideal for the detection of Nrf2 protein in various biological samples. Its excellent performance in various applications makes it an essential tool for researchers studying the role of Nrf2 in various biological processes.
