Mitogen-activated protein kinase 9 encoded by MAPK9 is a member of the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals, and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. This kinase targets specific transcription factors, and thus mediates immediate-early gene expression in response to various cell stimuli. It is most closely related to MAPK8, both of which are involved in UV radiation induced apoptosis, thought to be related to the cytochrome c-mediated cell death pathway. This gene and MAPK8 are also known as c-Jun N-terminal kinases. This kinase blocks the ubiquitination of tumor suppressor p53, and thus it increases the stability of p53 in nonstressed cells. Studies of this gene's mouse counterpart suggest a key role in T-cell differentiation. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.

The JNK2 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and analysis of JNK2 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody is produced using advanced immunization techniques, ensuring high affinity and specificity towards JNK2.

JNK2, also known as c-Jun N-terminal kinase 2, is a member of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) family. It plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and stress response. Dysregulation of JNK2 has been implicated in the pathogenesis of numerous diseases, such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and inflammatory conditions.

The JNK2 Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional performance in various applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. It recognizes both the phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated forms of JNK2, allowing for comprehensive analysis of JNK2 activation status.

This antibody has been extensively validated using a wide range of cell lines and tissue samples, ensuring reliable and reproducible results. It exhibits minimal cross-reactivity with other MAPK family members, ensuring specific detection of JNK2.

The JNK2 Polyclonal Antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation, ready for immediate use. It is provided in a convenient size, allowing for multiple experiments without the need for frequent reordering.

In summary, the JNK2 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly reliable and specific tool for the detection and analysis of JNK2 protein expression. Its exceptional performance and versatility make it an ideal choice for researchers studying JNK2-related cellular processes and diseases.
