Mitogen-activated protein kinase 8 encoded by MAPK8 is a member of the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals, and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. This kinase is activated by various cell stimuli, and targets specific transcription factors, and thus mediates immediate-early gene expression in response to cell stimuli. The activation of this kinase by tumor-necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) is found to be required for TNF-alpha induced apoptosis. This kinase is also involved in UV radiation induced apoptosis, which is thought to be related to cytochrom c-mediated cell death pathway. Studies of the mouse counterpart of this gene suggested that this kinase play a key role in T cell proliferation, apoptosis and differentiation. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
The JNK1/2/3 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and analysis of c-Jun N-terminal kinases 1, 2, and 3. This antibody is produced using advanced techniques to ensure high affinity and specificity, making it ideal for various applications in research and diagnostics.
The c-Jun N-terminal kinases (JNKs) are a family of serine/threonine protein kinases that play crucial roles in cellular processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of JNK signaling has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and inflammatory conditions. Therefore, the accurate detection and quantification of JNK1, JNK2, and JNK3 are of utmost importance in understanding their roles in disease pathogenesis.
The JNK1/2/3 Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional sensitivity and specificity, enabling precise detection and quantification of JNK1, JNK2, and JNK3 in various sample types. It has been extensively validated for use in Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and other immunoassays. This antibody recognizes endogenous levels of JNK1, JNK2, and JNK3 proteins, ensuring reliable and reproducible results.
Furthermore, the JNK1/2/3 Polyclonal Antibody is manufactured under stringent quality control standards to ensure batch-to-batch consistency and reliability. It is produced using high-quality materials and state-of-the-art techniques, resulting in a highly purified and concentrated antibody preparation.
