IKZF3 encodes a member of the Ikaros family of zinc-finger proteins. Three members of this protein family (Ikaros, Aiolos and Helios) are hematopoietic-specific transcription factors involved in the regulation of lymphocyte development. Zinc finger protein Aiolos is a transcription factor that is important in the regulation of B lymphocyte proliferation and differentiation. Both Ikaros and Aiolos can participate in chromatin remodeling. Regulation of gene expression in B lymphocytes by Aiolos is complex as it appears to require the sequential formation of Ikaros homodimers, Ikaros/Aiolos heterodimers, and Aiolos homodimers. Several alternative transcripts encoding different isoforms have been described, as well as some non-protein coding variants.

The Ikaros 3 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool for the detection and analysis of Ikaros 3 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody has been meticulously developed and rigorously validated to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and western blotting applications.

The Ikaros 3 Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional sensitivity and specificity, enabling precise identification and quantification of Ikaros 3 protein levels in both normal and diseased tissues. Its superior affinity for the target antigen ensures minimal background noise, resulting in clear and reliable staining patterns.

This antibody is manufactured using state-of-the-art techniques and undergoes stringent quality control measures to guarantee batch-to-batch consistency and reproducibility. Its high purity and low endotoxin levels ensure minimal interference and maximum reliability in downstream applications.

The Ikaros 3 Polyclonal Antibody is supplied as a ready-to-use solution, eliminating the need for time-consuming and error-prone antibody dilution. Its user-friendly format allows for seamless integration into laboratory workflows, saving valuable time and resources.

With its exceptional performance characteristics and ease of use, the Ikaros 3 Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for researchers and clinicians alike, facilitating the investigation and understanding of Ikaros 3 protein function and its implications in various biological processes and diseases.
